Baronfeld Consulting Group, LLC. got its start from two hospitality industry veterans with a combined 40 years of experience. After hearing of so many colleagues struggle finding talent to fill vacancies, maternity leaves, management changes, or any other need for task force services. As well as Covid-19 changing the landscape of the industry- from there, the idea was born.
Jamie and Jordan are the proud founders of the company. They pride themselves on not outsourcing their services. It is important to them that they keep hotels and destinations afloat in times of challenge and change. They have a true passion for the industry and love to see their hotels succeed and be the best in market.
Jamie started her hotel career 20 years ago at a small select service hotel in Tempe, Arizona. Knowing that the hospitality industry was where she wanted to focus her career, she moved to Las Vegas to pursue and successfully earn a B.S. degree in Hotel Management from UNLV’s William F. Harrah Hotel Management School. After graduation, she returned to her home state of Colorado and was immediately hired by a select service suburban Denver property.
Jamie has worked in sales/sales management for nearly every Marriott hotel brand from Fairfield Inn to Ritz Carlton. She has also worked in sales for the Hilton and Hyatt brands. She has been awarded Sales Team of the Year and Sales Manager of the year. She also assisted in the transition from the Four Seasons Hotel to Ritz Carlton Chicago and focused on BT and revenue management. Jamie has done task force and sales consulting, working with clients: Kimpton, Hilton, Marriott, Visit Denver and non-profits.
While Jamie is not busy putting together a sales plan or strategy, she can be found with her family hiking Colorado’s beautiful trails and taking in the nature. Jamie is also adventurous and loves to travel. She has explored 6 continents and looks forward her next adventure.
Jordan Baronfeld has 15+ years of sales and marketing in the hospitality industry, working in many verticals across the hospitality, travel and tourism industry, including hotels, tour companies and convention and visitor's bureaus as well as providing consultation and strategy services. She is well versed working globally and on multi-cultural teams.
Jordan thinks outside the box to identify action steps and solutions to achieve success. She is a strong sales and marketing leader with a deep understanding that the foundation of success begins with building relationships based on respect, trust, and delivering results. Jordan has her Masters of Global Management from ASU’s Thunderbird School of Global Management.
While Jordan isn’t working on consulting projects, she likes to explore and have adventures. She has lived overseas as well as visited several countries. She loves immersing herself in new cultures. You can also find her reading, hiking or hanging out with friends
